This Privacy Policy describes how Isaac Askenazi (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the mobile application Dragon Golf App (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

• Profile image (optional, if you upload one)
   

This data is used solely to support the core features of the app, such as managing golf games, players, and bets.

The App may request access to the following device functions:

• Photo Library: To allow the user to upload a profile picture (avatar). Images are not shared or used for any other purpose.
   

We use your information to:

• Create and manage user accounts
   
• Track golf games, scores, players, and bets
   
• Enhance user experience and provide support
   
• Communicate important service-related information
   

We do not share your personal data with third parties. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK).

Your data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App’s core functionality.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
   
• Delete your account and personal data
   

Users can delete their accounts directly from the App by navigating to Settings > Delete Account.

Upon deletion request, the following notice will appear:

You have requested deletion of your Dragon Golf account. If you change your mind, you can log in to your account within 60 days to cancel the deletion. After that period, your account and all of its contents (profile, photos, etc.) will be permanently deleted. Please note that some data, such as rounds and bets you share with your friends, may still be visible to them after your account is deleted.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Although the app is developed and operated in Mexico, it is available for users in the United States and other regions. We do not transfer personal data to servers located outside Mexico.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated within the App or via email if applicable. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
